ah small group, it was good though i was sleepy and not really feeling up to it. haney was a great cook and made us dinner. we all just chill afterwards, which was tons of fun... got to joking around and trying to come up with more mannerisms and nicknames. then i played ball and stunk it up quite a bit, but it was fun too

on a more serious note, bible study really got me thinking of the people that i've been ignoring lately. just that i need to take some initiative and really be self-less in maintaining those relationships... i can only depend on God for that strength...

hmm... missed a day to post...darn, well there's a first time for everything

in GRE news i ran out of time on the critical analytical section and now i can't take it again...
it was a bit frustrating, but just in talking with my friends that i went to take the test we all did poorly on one section or another. so we all went to visit the capital (in springfield where we took the test) and then a car show nearby. pretty fun stuff

meanwhile, my small group was tearing it up in mini-o! hear they placed in many of the final heats and medalled in a couple of events. we didn't do a cheer, which i was actually looking forward to, but i didn't miss it i guess. still sad i missed it all, but i got to eat dinner with my sg afterwards. fun fun, and then we rented a movie while our fearless leader fell asleep on the couch complete with snoring. haha, but got to see a good movie in count of monte cristo...almost wrote monte of county cristo...lol, i'm a little tired...but not nearly as tired as my fellow sg members that night. i kinda felt bad...
went to latenight and found that i had 8 meals left... yeah... there's a huge box of chips in my room accompanied with a similar donation by my roomate. fun stuff grabbing goodies in a box. oh man i stuffed myself, despite a large dinner too, so i was feeling the pain later that night and couldn't sleep 'til late... but the important thing is that we have food

so sunday service was good, though we had a guest speaker. me and my roomate got up super early...i was thinking we wouldn't get ready as quickly as we did... as it turns out we just chilled for like 20 minutes and then sat in like the 4th row far side. good msg, though people (including my roomate) were falling asleep. felt like i missed the chance to meet friends afterwards, just trying to introduce my roomate to people.

saw a bears game that ended sad... i think maybe i'm just a terrible fan... haha, it's all me obviously. so i just chilled today, should try to tackle that project due friday... eh, gotta get motivated... yeah...

on another note found out a certain someone has an incredible aversion to used stickers...haha it's real strange and it's so interesting to me...

ooh and i found the most perfect gift for the chocolate lover in your lives, haha, i'm trying to find the perfect situation to give this...

it's the final countdown to the GRE test, on a postive note i did really well in a practice test on the analytical section which i thought i would have the most difficulty on. and on the flip side i really need to review vocab. wish me luck tomorrow!

w00t, my roomate just asked about going to church this sunday. will be his first time this semester, let's hope i can wake him up...

ugh... i chose to skip my classes today so i can focus on my paper and in the process i have more sleep than i really can deal with... haha, a total of 9 hours since late last night. anyways back to the paper...

wow, so much going on today... watch Amelie twice for my film class and now i'm mumbling french words as i walk... Bio Eng 314 hw looks tough, but got together with a big group to work on it and hopefully we can finish it tommorrow. eh, and i have to start a paper tonight...

small group was really blessing! got really fed by the great encouraging things everyone had to say! so many lessons, just hope that i'll continue to remember and apply them.

on another note i'm swamped with work and i've been informed that it's affecting me to the extent that my general mood has changed. it seemed kinda weird coming off the heels of small group, but it's something else i have to work on.

arrgh... spent the whole day stuck on one part of a homework assignment... the method of how to solve it just hit me...

i'm really depressed...but at least i can keep working on the assignment...
